We have developed a process which creates a truly collaborative, creative partnership resulting in a work which is artistically elegant, architecturally appropriate, technically sound and uniquely fits you, your life style and the total environment in which it is installed.

Our contact most often begins with an e-mail or telephone call requesting information. A few questions and a general discussion help us begin to understand you and what you hope to accomplish. The first thing we do is make certain that we are the right choice for you. If you are looking for a service or product we do not offer, we try to refer you to the right place. At this point we provide technical advice. It is important that you understand what can and can not be accomplished with a wood floor, as well as who we are and what we can do to make your floor a very personal statement. We see this as the beginning of an educational experience and a collaborative effort.

Ideally, the next step is to meet with you. We bring our sample case with over 100 different species of wood, photos of work we have done and our book of ideas and concept drawings. As we go through the samples and examples and possibilities, we look for what you like and, almost as important, for what you don’t like. Our goal is to understand the look you want, how you see the area being used, how your aesthetic and artistic sensibilities run, and most importantly, the feel and
