Parquet Borders Foyers Flora/Fauna Kitchens/Baths Mixed Media Etc Libraries/Museums Our Process Contact Home This inlaid piece is the logo of the New England Interior Design Show which was created to be portable and was used each year, surrounded by carpet, as the focal point in the floor at the main entrance to the show in Boston. Pieces for wall mounting can be created and then the lettering hand painted as seen in the Aikido of 
Northampton hanging at left or inlaid full-thick as 
seen in the kanji below. The signature logo above (wenge inlaid in figured maple) is an example of the delicate inlay work available for wall mounting as well as floors.  The three-dimensional Aikido sign to the right is wenge, with sapele lettering inlaid and Logos, signs and wall hangings Furniture A magnificent piece of English elm burl was the inspiration for this platform bed and the matching night table. Tom also uses his woodworking skills and knowledge of wood to create custom furniture from the highly figured maple three-way mirror and wall mirror set to the left to the platform bed and 
matching night stand shown below.  His work includes custom tables as well as table tops for unique and antique bases.
